Campus Crime Report

The Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Campus Crime Statistics Act, as a part of The Higher Education Act of 1965 (HEA), as amended by the Higher Education Opportunity Act of 2008 (HEOA), is a federal law that requires colleges and universities to disclose certain timely and annual information about campus crime and security policies. All public and private institutions of postsecondary education participating in federal student aid programs are subject to it.

The U.S. Department of Education maintains the Campus Security Data Analysis website as well. This site provides individuals access to annual Clery Report data for every college and university in the U.S.

In accordance with the Campus Sex Crimes Prevention Act, Rocky Mountain College is required to provide all students, prospective students, faculty, and staff with information on how to obtain the Montana sex offenders registry
